Another Term for Jennifer Daley Jennifer Daley returned as president of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Portmore following a majority decision by the club’s Board of Directors when they met on the issue at a special Board meeting in September. Daley, who has been president since 2007, started her third term on October 1, 2009. It comes to an end on September 30, 2010. As a member of Kiwanis International since 2005, she has since blazed a trail of active involvement in various environmental, educational and feeding programmes, which have helped to bear much fruit for the seven-year-old club This year, she hopes to achieve much more. | ![]() |
“My major project is to organise a health fair in Greater Portmore, I would also like to have the business and more so the wider community involved in our projects. These are trying times but we have to continue to help the less fortunate, but most importantly our young children, they are our ‘priority one’,” said Daley.
Daley was club meeting chair for 2006 to 2007, YCPO chair 2007 - 2008, and has been Kiwanian of the year for two consecutive years (2005 - 2006 2006 to 2007).
A dressmaker by profession, her hobbies are meeting people, cooking, baking, dancing, singing, reading and travelling.
